Daniel Edwards makes a suggestion to President Barack Obama in his latest sculpture "Barack Obama's Nobel Peace Prize Part II" and of course, we love sequels! What is this peace? I mean piece? It is of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi's head on a platter; a trophy for the President after his Easter Sunday attack. What did Daniel have to say? “I am shocked at how Gadhafi went from not being a target on the first day of spring to becoming an official target on Easter Sunday,” said artist Daniel Edwards. “I am in support of our President, but he needs to relinquish his Nobel Peace Prize. There’s not enough room for it and Gadhafi’s head on the same shelf,” added the artist. Aren't we used to politicians saying one thing and doing another? I think DICK Cheney would have some form of appreciation for this trophy. |
